​How it works?​

The therapy works by alternating between hot and cold immersion (sometimes incorporating ice baths). Heat expands blood vessels, increasing circulation and nutrient delivery, while cold immersion constricts vessels, redirecting blood flow to vital organs. This “pumping” effect helps flush out metabolic waste, replenish muscles with oxygen-rich blood, and accelerate repair.
